SHIPPING
How much is shipping?
We ship via UPS and Canada Post, and we only charge exactly the rate we’re given, so we calculate each parcel based on your item and your address. All you need to do is give us that info and we can get you a price. Please forward all shipping inquiries to shipping@goalieheaven.com with your shipping address including postal/zip.
When will my item be shipped?
Usually your item(s) will be shipped within a day or two after the item(s) is claimed. Once we have your shipping and billing info, your order is placed in sequence and is shipped at the next available time.
I live overseas, will you ship to me?
As long as there is someone who can deliver it to you, we will ship it. Please forward all shipping inquiries to shipping@goalieheaven.com with your shipping address including postal/zip code.
I would like to purchase more than one item, can they be shipped together?
Of course they can! All we ask is that you specify you’re interested in more than one item. We can hold your original order until you’re ready and have everything shipped together, which can save you big time.
I need my items TOMORROW!!! Can you get them to me?
Not a problem! We can ship your items overnight, 2nd day, 3rd day or standard. As long as we have all the information in time, we can do it! Please keep in mind that faster shipping will cost more.
PAYMENT
I just purchase something from you on eBay, how do I pay for my item?
After you have won an item simply call us at 1-800-933-4555 or 416-533-1791 locally to claim and pay for your item. We can provide you with any other info you need at that time including shipping price and total. It is usually easier for us to get you your total while our shipping department is open so it is always best to call Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept certified cheques and money orders, whether they are from a bank, post office and we also accept bidpay. We do not accept personal cheques or bank transfers.
Do you accept Paypal?
No, we do not accept paypal. We are a large store, and for us paypal is a redundant service. If you’re paying by credit you can give us the number when you call and we can charge it right here at our store same as if you were standing in front of the counter and your receipt is sent with your item(s).
SKATES
I wear a size __ shoe, will these skates fit?
Most skates (with the exception of Mission) will run about 1-1 ½ sizes smaller than your shoes. Some players like a really snug fit and want to go even smaller. A recreational skater might not want such a tight fit and go only ½ size smaller. Mission design their skates to fit close to or the same as your shoes, again some players who want a tighter fit will still go down in size.
What does the letter after the size signify/What is the width on skates?
Skates generally come in two widths; D and EE. D is a standard width that fits most skaters and EE is for wide feet. Many manufacturers make a C width, which is narrow, and EEE which is very wide, but normally that would have to be specially ordered. Some skates are sized D/A or EE/B; the A and B refer to the width of the toe. A is standard and B is wide. Graf size their skates as “R” (regular, D) “W” (wide, EE) and “N” (narrow, C).
IF I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER DO I HAVE TO PAY THE FULL AMMOUNT WHEN I ORDER?
We require full payment when you pick up your order, or when your order is shipped to you. We do require you to put a deposit on custom orders, usually around 25%.
I WANT TO PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER, BUT HOW CAN MAKE SURE I GET THE COLOURS AND SIZE I WANT?
We can provide you with the colour charts and spec sheets if you require them. Many manufacturers have a customizer added to their website to be utilized for custom equipment. WHAT SIZE GOALIE PADS SHOULD I WEAR?
There is no 100% accurate way to measure for pads, but the most accurate guideline we’ve seen is to measure from your big toe to your inside ankle bone, then from ankle to knee along your shin with your leg slightly bent. Then measure from mid knee to mid thigh. That should give you a rough idea. Should you need more help, send us this info along with your height and inseam and we should be able to narrow it down for you.

Do you accept trade-ins?
We do accept trade-ins. Normally trade-ins are reserved for in store items only. If you are bidding on an item we ask that you contact us prior to the end of the auction so we can establish a value for your items. Once an auction has ended if we cannot offer you what you were expected to get for your trade-in it can make it very difficult to complete the transaction.
