1. What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

2. Do you accept cheques or money orders?
We do not accept cheques of any kind. Due to new eBay regulations effective January 15, 2009 we are no longer able to accept moneyorders.

3. Do you accept wire transfers or PayPal?
At this moment we do not offer these payment options.

4. Are sales taxes applicable to purchases?
Residents of Ontario pay both the federal(GST) and provincial(PST) sales tax. Canadian residents outside of Ontario pay only the GST, except for NS, NB and NFLD which will have to pay the Harmonized Sales Tax(HST). Residents outside of Canada pay no sales tax. Taxes will be calculated automatically, during the check-out process if applicable. Payments must be received within 7 days of auction close. We adhere to eBay’s Non-Paying Bidder Policies, do NOT bid if you are not going to pay for your auction.

5. I used your checkout service did my payment go through?
After you check out, our system will send you a confirmation email which details your order number, order date, products information, shipping address, billing address and payment method. It also offers one link for you to track the order status. The order status for your order is "pending" until we process your order. Usually we will process your order within 48 hours, and change your order status to "processing", you will receive an update email. If you pay by credit card, we will charge your credit card through our terminal, if it can go through, we will do the delivery the next day and change the order status to "shipped" once the package is picked up by the carrier you chose during your checkout. In case the credit card couldn't go through, we will email you immediately and we can work together to figure out the reason. If you pay by money order, we can only process your order after your money order is received. If we don't receive your money order after 14 days as of checkout date, we have to delete your order and restock our product.

6. What Currency will my sale be charged in?
Since we are located in Canada all sales will be charged in Canadian funds. For USA and international customers the credit card company will convert the funds to your country's currency. Please note that currency exchange rates can sometimes fluctuate daily and that each financial institution will have their own rates. Since this is beyond our control we cannot be held responsible for differences in price due to currency fluctuations.

7. Can I know how much is the shipping cost before I bid on an item?
Yes, we offer built-in shipping calculator for Canada Post and UPS. When you click "Shipping Calculator" on our listing, you will get the shippping price to your location.

8. Do I have to pay customs or duties?
Many countries (including the USA) impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, and taxes etc. on items being shipped and imported from a foreign country. Due to various trade agreements and minimum dollar amounts the majority of items will be duty free, however if fees are imposed, the purchaser will be responsible for the payment.

9. Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, however UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, therefore the only shipping option that you must select is a service by Canada Post.

10. When will my item be shipped?
If item is is stock we will attempt to ship your item within 48 hours after payment has been received.

11. Do you ship on weekends?
No, our shipping department is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time.

12. Do you offer combined shipping?
At present time our checkout does not offer combined shipping. However, if purchasing multiple items that are small in size and can fit in one box, please continue and pay using our checkout then call or email us for a revised shipping rate and we will refund any difference if applicable.

13. I have my own courier account; do you accept my account number?
At present time our automated checkout and shipping modules do not support a user owned account. Please do not purchase item if this is not acceptable to you.

14. How are shipping rates calculated?
Both UPS and Canada Post, as well as most of the major Canadian couriers, charge you by the greater of actual weight or dimensional weight. Dimensional weight is a calculated weight that is based on the dimensions and volume of the box. For example a large box carrying goalieheaven pads may only actually weigh 12 lbs, however due to the size of the box the dimensional weight is over 50 lbs.

15. Do you recommend UPS or Canada Post?
Both companies provide excellent service. In general UPS is faster than Canada Post, however Canada Post is usually cheaper. UPS has excellent tracking features; UPS will automatically email you your tracking number. If packages are lost(a rare event) Canada Post may require you to wait 30 days before putting in a trace, whereas UPS will begin trace within a week. For small inexpensive items Canada Post is an excellent choice. Since each customer will have different priorities with regards to speed and services versus cost, we have made it easy for you to choose the level of service you desire.

16. Will you ship ground service for overseas purchasers?
Unfortunately due to the lack of tracking and length of time needed ( 8 to 16 weeks) we only ship by Air for overseas purchasers. Both UPS and Canada Post have varying levels of Air service to choose from.
