Goalie Heaven wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and our Return Policy reflects that. If you are not happy with your purchase, return it within 10 days from ship date, for a store credit or exchange. All items must be returned with the original invoice or receipt and in their original condition, including any packaging. This means equipment must be unused and clothing must be unworn.

In addition, please note the following:

Goalie Heaven is to be contacted within 5 days of receipt of product for a return authorization number (RA). We cannot accept delivery of items without prior contact and a RA number.

Shipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable. Any refund, credit or exchange will be for the original price paid, minus shipping and handling charges.

Store credit or exchange will not be subject to a restocking fee. All other refunds (cash, credit card, money order) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from original price paid.

If returns are due to an error on our part (eg. accidently shipped you wrong item), Goalie Heaven will pay all return shipping charges, and no restocking fee will apply.

For return shipments outside of Canada, mark the shipment as "Canadian Goods being returned" and do not place a value of more than $10.00 for the value of goods on the customs forms. If a value of more than $10.00 is declared on the customs form, we will not accept the product and the package will be returned to you.

If we feel that the return policy is being misused, we reserve the right to refuse any exchange, credit or refund.
